The project form creates a Lead through the Lead API. It does not create an Admin user or a storefront account.

People and relationships

CRM Contact represents a known person. CRM Customer represents a commercial relationship. Customer Account is separate storefront access and requires an explicit authorized link.

Built for follow through

Stable activities, tasks and communication receipts can support the team while keeping ownership in the relevant module. External channel identities are provenance, not verified CRM identity.
